EcoPure Cleaners LLC – Terms and Conditions of Service
These are the most important parts of our agreement for quick reference:

Eco-Friendly Cleaning: We use EPA-approved and Green Seal-certified products.
Transparent Pricing: No hidden fees. Pricing varies based on home size and cleaning type.
Automatic Payment: All customers (one-time and recurring) are charged automatically within 1 hour after service completion.
Card Authorization: A hold may be placed on your card a few days before your appointment to secure your time.
Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $75 fee. Locked-out or no-show situations will result in a $100 fee.
Reschedules: Changes within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Satisfaction Guarantee: Contact us within 24 hours of your appointment if you're not satisfied. We’ll return and re-clean at no additional charge.
1. Services & Pricing
We provide eco-friendly cleaning services using EPA-approved and Green Seal-certified products.
Note on Heavy-Duty Use:
In rare cases of extreme bathroom grime, we may use one specialty bathroom cleaner that is not third-party certified. This product is non-toxic, biodegradable, bleach-free, ammonia-free, and low in fumes. It is VOC-compliant (meets indoor air quality standards and contains very low fumes). We will always notify you beforehand, and it will never be used without your knowledge or consent. Your health, home, and peace of mind are always our priority.
Service types include General Cleaning, Deep Cleaning, and Move-In/Move-Out Cleaning.
Pricing is based on home size, condition, and type of service.
Additional charges may apply for:
Excessive dirt, grease, or clutter ($40–$100 surcharge):
Moderate – Grease buildup, surface-level clutter that doesn’t block cleaning access — $40
Heavy – Excessive dirt or clutter that slows cleaning (but areas remain accessible) — $70
Excessive pet hair removal – $40

Parking fees (if applicable)
Please Note: We do not provide services for homes with hoarding, biohazards, or other extreme conditions. If our team arrives and deems a location unsafe or outside of our service scope, the appointment will be canceled and a $100 fee will apply.
Homes with severe conditions (e.g., hoarding, biohazards, or blocked pathways) will not be serviced. A $100 fee will apply for inaccessible or unsafe appointments.
Clients will be informed before any additional charges are applied. If declined, cleaning will proceed as originally booked, and some areas may be skipped.

2. Pre-Service Requirements
⚠️ Important:
EcoPure Cleaners LLC is not liable for damage to undisclosed or unidentified natural stone surfaces. If we are not informed in advance, we may use standard cleaning products that are not safe for stone. Please help us protect your home by providing this information upfront.
Make sure we have safe and unobstructed access to your home.
Secure pets and provide any specific instructions in the booking notes.
Notify us in advance if your home has delicate surfaces (e.g., natural stone). We are not liable for damage to unidentified or undisclosed surfaces.
Water & Power Access: Homes must have running water and electricity during the scheduled appointment. If either is unavailable, cleaning cannot proceed and a $100 fee may apply.
3. Payment & Card Policy
Payment Method: All clients must keep a valid credit or debit card on file. Payments are securely processed via Stripe using industry-standard encryption.
Auto-Charging: Bookings are charged automatically within 1 hour after service completion. A temporary hold may be placed on your card before the appointment.
Backup Payment: Clients are required to have a backup card on file to avoid failed payments.
Auto-Pay Discount:
Weekly: 20% off
Bi-Weekly: 15% off
Monthly: 10% off
4. Cancellations, Rescheduling & No-Shows
Cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $75 cancellation fee.
Rescheduling is free up to 24 hours before service.
Reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 fee. We reserve your time just for you, and last-minute changes can affect our team’s day and earnings.
No-Shows & Locked-Out Appointments: If our cleaners arrive and cannot access the home, a $100 fee will be charged.
5. Refunds & Adjustments
If your service total is reduced (e.g., add-ons removed or changes made), any overpayment will be refunded automatically after the booking is completed.
If the total increases (e.g., extra time or add-ons), the updated amount will be charged to the card on file.
All adjustments and payments are processed securely through Stripe.
6. Liability, Insurance & Staffing
All cleaners are W-2 employees — insured, background-checked, and covered by workers' compensation.
EcoPure Cleaners LLC is fully insured to protect both clients and staff.
